Time for another trip to the US for our next Member Spotlight, as VEXED is the latest to give us some insight into their game dev life. Since signing up as a member in March 2021, they've built up a diverse range of pixel based assets on their store, including GUI kits, tile sets and font packs.

Roughly 6 years.
What made you become a dev/artist?:
Had an interest in game development since childhood, this brought my attention to the joys of pixel art.

Aseprite.
What’s one tip you would give to someone starting out?:
Share your work early, let feedback guide you.
How do you promote your work (games or assets)?:
Various social media, and a consistent schedule of new asset updates.
What project are you working on now?:
Currently putting a major focus on cleaning up old releases and expanding out a few of my larger asset series (Chroma Noir, Mini Medieval, etc).
And finally, favourite game ever & why?:
Hollow Knight. It is an expert example in game progression and has a lovely dark atmopshere.
