How long have you been doing this?: 

 

9 years of voice acting, a couple of years making assets

 

 

I always wanted to do voice acting but thought it was out of reach. Then one day I came home from my web development job and decided to just buy a microphone and start learning. Now I’m a voice actor on some major podcasts, audio dramas and I’m in several indie games. I prefer doing character work so it’s a fun side hobby to make voice assets that could be used in more indie games.

 

Favourite software/tools to use?:  

 

Adobe Audition, Zoom H6 audio recorder, Stellar X2 microphone

 

What’s one tip you would give to someone starting out?:   

 

Make mistakes. If you’re not making mistakes you’re not learning.

 

How do you promote your work (games or assets)?:  

 

This is the part I’m bad at but I try to promote my new audio releases on my site, on Twitter, on my Facebook page and on Instagram.

 

What project are you working on now?:  

 

I just finished another batch of lines for CowCat Games’ “BROK the InvestiGATOR.” The prologue of the game is now available on Steam. I’m also a regular voice contributor on the well known NoSleep Podcast.
