We’re excited to announce the launch of GDM Pro - a new upgrade option designed to give users the chance to get more out of their experience on GameDev Market.
What is GDM Pro?
GDM Pro is an optional subscription, with monthly and annual options available, that enhances the way you use GameDev Market. This marks the first phase of GDM Pro, which is initially focused on perks for buyers, but we've got additional features and a dedicated version for sellers planned for release soon.
What’s included for buyers...
GDM Pro introduces a range of benefits for buyers:
Store credit
Receive either $5 per month store credit on a monthly plan or get $65 in store credit upfront with an annual subscription.
Annual subscribers will earn 10% cashback on all purchases for your first 6 months, helping you get more value from your budget. Cashback will be issued as store credit in one lump sum once 6 months has passed.
Due to an increasing number of users downloading large amounts of assets that are available for free, without ever placing a paid order, we've implemented a limit of 10 free-to-download assets per month. However, this is increased to 100 per month for anyone signing up to GDM Pro or who spends $5 in a calendar month.
For anyone who has ever placed a paid order on GDM in the past, you'll maintain the unrestricted access to free-to-download assets, meaning you don't have any monthly quota.
Access to occasional exclusive offers and promotions available only to GDM Pro members.
Project planning templates
Get access to Excel-based project templates to plan, budget, and track your game development workflow more effectively.
What’s next
This is just the beginning for GDM Pro.
We’re currently working on a seller-focused version, which will introduce new perks and features to help creators manage their products and grow their presence on the platform.
