I have just uploaded a newer version of this with the FBX and OBJ files fixed so they have better transformation zones. I also updated the Unity Package file to be easier to use with better prefabs and sizing.

As a side note, if you need me to export the textures in a different format and max size (512 x 512 - 4096 x 4096 (current) ), please let me know and I can sort that out for you. JPG was used to help lower file size due to very large 4K textures, and I know most game dev program can scale it for you, but if you would like to bypass that, just let me know.
