Hey ! I am a little unfamilliar with the use of Roblox Studio but I believe that this kind of quick tutorial would be enough to understand how to import the assets : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ery2o2SVFSA . Basically, you only need to first import the .fbx file (which is the 3D object) and then create a material where you will drag & drop the .png texture in the "color" emplacement of it. I also recommend to turn the roughness to 1 so that the objects don't shine too much (it creates a plastic look). As for which texture to use for which object, you can refer to the names of the textures to guide you. The TEX_Tilesheet texture is for the rocks and the tree trunks, and the ground textures or the foliage textures are self explainatory. If you are still struggling to import the 3D assets, I strongly recommend looking into other tutorials about the basics of 3D objects & materials in general.
