All Props use a simple texture atlas system so it's very easy for you to move the UV's of any given asset to get a new color variation. For example, if you open the UV's of the Laptop and move them (laptop light grey tones area) gradually to the right, you will get light blue and then black. The same applies for all models. I have included an image of this texture atlas so you can see that how it works.
