Included are prefabs to give you an example of how the individual pieces can be used together to create more complex assets. Nearly all prefabs can have their colors changed to create even more flexibility within in your scenes!

Is it possible to use the models outside of Unreal? (i.e. convert to FBX or OBJ)

Hey @photonstorm ! You can export directly out of unreal into FBX (The whole scene, prefabs or individual asset pieces. The only issue you may run into is the textures as unreal combines the AO/Roughness/Metallic into one map. If you have something like substance painter you can import them into substance painter and convert them to what ever you want texture wise. What program do you plan on using them with?
