@dylanyolivia: is the track a single image; or is the track broken down into different parts (e.g., straight track, turn, etc.) so that various custom tracks can be built?
@bbg having bought this I can confirm the track is a single image. In the PSD the track is made from a couple of layers, one for the road fill and one for the edges. You absolutely cannot create custom tracks from it, not without plenty of Photoshop skills.
