I thought it would be a cool idea to have people on the site drive what content I create.  From now until Monday at midnight I will accept ideas for the first pack.  These packs will contain at least 10 unique models and possibly animations depending on the need.

Just enter something along the lines of Theme – Style – Focus – PolyLimit (Ex: Sci-Fi – RTS – Units – LowPoly)

OR vote for an already submitted idea by repeating it in your post.

Once all the votes are in I will work on the pack in my free time over the course of 2-4 weeks (leaving it somewhat open for the first pack since I haven’t done this before) I will submit the pack onto the site for a low price depending on the time/difficulty of that months pack. Though nothing will ever go higher than 20 dollars pro.

I hope people enjoy this idea.

Hmm… Now this sounds very interesting! As far as ideas for a pack or couple of packs go, one of the things I would like to see done well is a sci-fi weapon set, diverse enough to not seem like variations on the same base model, but close enough in style to seem cohesive from an in-universe perspective. Perhaps with a few attachments?

So basically, Sci-Fi – First/Third Person Shooter – Weapons(Preferably a couple of full loadouts + things like proximity mines and turrets and attachments for most weapons?) – Mid Poly for FPS, Lower Poly for TPS. Maybe separate packs for each loadout?

Awesome first choice. Won’t be too much of a hassle making a 3rd person and 1st person version of each weapon, just different LODs.

Less than two days left? Anymore votes? Right now its 2 votes for a sci-fi weapon pack with no competition. 

Another thing I would like to see is some sleek, high tech computer designs. Not the ‘retro’ style designs mind you, but the futuristic, holographic, curved screen type.

Basically, it looks as if this pack will consist of _something_ sci-fi.

Hey guys, just a heads up, this is being delayed a couple weeks( low estimate ) as I just got a decent sized freelance job last week. I’ll be working on it on my off hours for a bit though so progress will still be made.

Definitely looking forwards to seeing what you come up with when you finally get done.

Thanks, sorry for the delay I am having to put it on. The project I am currently working on requires about 80 to 100 assets so I am not really in a great position of free time. I still have full intentions of completing this though and in the free time I do have am setting up everything for modeling so that when I get a week or so of time I can blast through it without having to go through the setup stages.
