I’m new to Gamedev and I just a question about pixel art. I wanted to know what size do you guys work in. I’m asking because I know programs like RPGMaker use tile sizes of 32 pixel. I know things like Twitch the sizes vary from 112px to 56px to 26px. I know the last one wasn’t a game but just using it as an example. Is there a good size to make this stuff in? Do you guys do multiple sizes?

Oh, nobody answer? mmmm … well I´m not an expert on pixel art but all I know is that it depends on resolution 🙂
640×480 or 800×600 ? old style game… if you want more resolution for your game think more about working on 64×64 for your assets 🙂 the most important is if you are happy with the result.
Best way is always follow the multiple formula… 16×16 32×32 64×64 128×128 256…etc … most of 2D engines will work with this.
I would recommend you not to work too much and screen resolutions from 256×192, 320×240, or 640×360. Then you don´t spend your life creating your game ^_^ /
