Pixel art top-down muted colors expansive environment tilesets needed

I am developing a web-based open world top-down RPG and need tilesets for a multitude of environments (forest, dry lands, desert, swamp, mountains, snow, wasteland, mines, crystal caves, lava caves). Large amounts of vegitation, rocks, object loot (not weapons/clothes) and more environmental objects and modifiers (such as terrain texture overlays like puddles) are also needed.
These will be scaled up to 200% in the engine and I am looking for a style of slightly color-muted pixelart without too much smoothing. The hand-drawn feel is very important to me and the size of a full-sized human in that world is 50px (no character art has to be done but if you want to do some of that on top of this, you would be welcome to do so for extra pay of course). Everything would be on sheets (non-transparent png 8bit for background tiles and transparent 8bit for the rest) with a basic grid of 32×32 where tiles can take varying multiples of 32 in both dimensions.
Artists interested, please provide me with samples of your work so I can see if your style and quality would fit. I will pay up to 800$ in steps that we agree on with milestones, but considerably less if the assets will also be sold to others afterwards as then the game would no longer be unique for long, but reselling is also okay if you are fine with much less pay from me. Success-based pay aspects for the game itself can also be negotiated if this is required for you and your quality is really high, but would also come with reduced one-time pay and I prefer simply paying one time for full rights to use the assets. If you use existing assets of yours as a basis, then please make sure to inform me if you have sold them before or intend to sell other work based on them in the future, so we come to a fair agreement.
If you do reliable and good work at continuously stable quality and style and don’t take considerably longer than we agree on, I will consider throwing in a bonus and hope that we can continue to work together on future commissions with budgets up to 2000$. You can also always freely show off your work to others (with the appropriate hints about copyright) even if we agree on full copyright transfer.
I am looking forward to working with you 🙂

Started negotiations with luckymee777, other artists applying are welcome to apply to make specific game objects such as HUD/GUI art and more or tilesheets in case negotiation with luckymee777 fails, thank you 🙂

I came to the conclusion that I either need to find an artist that has existing art of the type I want to compare to or provide better examples and sketches of sheets, so for the moment this commission is closed until I find the one or get the other done.

Seems like you need an art of a very particular style. Let’s do this: I’ll do an example of an art you need (for free, just to let you know if I can do things you need), and if it fits your requirements we will work more.

I am developing a videogame with Aztec style and I would like a design of a deity called “quetzalcoatl”.
Here is an example of how the deity is:
