I am new to game design and am currently learning to use UE5 , will this pack work in UE5 ?

@MPGUA I purchased the above item 3 days ago but when downloaded it does not look as shown on the website sample images. The 3d objects do not seem to have any Texture or Material mapped on them. It is mentioned on website that the item is Texture and Material mapped. I am viewing the provided .FXG file in Blender and FXG viewer and it shows flat white without any colors or texture in both softwares. I would be happy you could would send me the UI map fully mapped and ready to render in Blender (new version) so that it will look exactly as shown on the website... or could you let me know if maybe I am doing something wrong in Blender software while importing your given FBX file?? *@MPGUA could you also send me some full resolution JPG image outputs of the fully rendered city map in different views with texture and lighting of the scenes that are shown on the website? A layered PSD format would be best - but JPG is also fine. I needed different views of the city landscape for my client demo and am unable to do so right now. Requesting urgent help. Thanks!!
