In the ZIP file you get both a WAV (24-bit) and an MP3 (320 kbit/s) file of the track. The licence allow you for both personal and commercial use. That means that you can use the music in a game that is released for any price and/or is monetized in some way.  You can also use the music in several different games and/or in trailers, kickstarter campaigns etc, without any additional fees or royalties. Reuse the music as much as you want.
